Returns Terms and Conditions:
- Orders must be returned within 30 days of receipt to receive a refund for the returned merchandise. There is a 15% restocking fee for exchanges and/or returns for nondefective items.
- Defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Any washed or altered merchandise will not be accepted as defective and returned to sender.
- No returns/exchanges after 30 days.
- No refunds for original shipping/handling charges unless the item is defective or received in error.
- Damaged, worn, laundered or smoke stained items are not accepted. Due to health regulations undergarments cannot be returned.
- We are not responsible for return shipping charges unless garment was received defective or in error.
Return Instructions:
- Repack any item(s) in its original condition and packaging.
- Include a copy of your purchase receipt or packing slip that was sent with your original box. You can find a copy of your purchase on Amazon order history or the email confimation you received.
- Write your order # on the box
