quick to correct the problem Mar 22, 2012
By 03andrew77 I ordered 4 t-shirts but they came unwrapped and got stained and wet via US Mail. Wrote a review and was contacted by customer service the next day. They offered to send me new shirts at no cost and free shipping. They also informed me that sending clothing unwrapped is not their normal practice. The quality of the shirt are high and they fit great. The 5.2 oz is the same thickness as a normal under shirt so you stay cool even in warm days. The customer service is outstanding they gave me a refund today I will definitely give "The Fashion Rack" another chance.
